Philana joined Arbour Specialty in 2025 as a Commercial Lines Underwriter / Broker. 35+ years in the insurance arena with over 20+ years focused on Excess & Surplus Lines coverages in the challenging Florida market. She is focused on building solid agent relationships while building a profitable book of business. Her extensive knowledge and experience allow her to better understand the coverage needs for each individual insured.

Christi is a seasoned pro in commercial lines underwriting. With her deep industry knowledge, she skillfully handles complex risks and creates customized insurance solutions that fit the unique needs of each business she works with.

Jamie Reed’s insurance career began in 1999 as an Independent Agent. His professional experience includes positions at wholesale brokers and insurance carriers, providing him with unique, multifaceted industry insights. Jamie continues to enjoy building long-term, successful partnerships to support Independent Agents.

Blake is a seasoned Commercial Lines Underwriter specializing in Florida’s E&S market. He partners with retail agents to place tailored non-admitted coverage and build lasting client relationships.
